West London area from its premises in Isleworth, Middlesex.

radius of our premises within 1 hour.
We hold massive stocks of
service parts for the most popular makes and models of cars including
air and oil filters, brake parts, clutches, alternators, starter motors,
steering racks and parts, engine oils, transmission oils & fluids,
exhaust systems, engine parts & gaskets plus ancillary hoses, clips,
bulbs etc. Where parts are not available from stock we can normally
source and deliver these the same day or failing that within 24 hours.
In addition to service parts
Willow Vale also stocks tools from leading manufacturers Draper & Sealey including automotive handtools, garage access equipment,
inspection and measuring equipment and vehicle data charts. Items from
these ranges which are not held in stock are quickly obtainable for the
earliest delivery.
Other products and services
include large stocks of major ranges of automotive cleaning and valeting
products, Willow Vale’s computerised number plate manufacturing
service complying with the latest regulations, bulk oil sourcing & supply, workshop health
& safety warning signs & bespoke premise
signs, janitorial supplies and health & safety workplace products.
In addition to supplying our
core motor trade customers Willow Vale has an excellent retail facility
at its Isleworth premises, from where motorists can purchase all their
car cleaning and valeting product requirements as well as DIY service
parts at competitive prices. The company’s state of the art Prism
computer system enables the expert counter staff to ensure the supply of
correct parts for the customer’s vehicle with no more information than
the vehicle’s registration number. Deliveries are handled via
our new fleet of VW Caddy vans.
Willow Vale's
History
In 2001 a consortium of
local business people acquired the assets of the Autela Ltd branch of
motor factors in Isleworth, following the demise of former owners, The
Finelist Group. The business was known as Willow Vale more than 10
years ago prior to its acquistiion & name change to Autela, and the
current owners & management elected to return the company to
its original name, by which most customers already know the
business.

Willow Vale is
managed by Dave Cottrell, who together with the rest of the team
has many years' experience of the motor factors business.
He was with both Autela and the original Willow Vale company
before that and enjoys the assistance of several members of
staff with similar backgrounds. The reaction of the
business's customers to the re-emergence of a longstanding local
business returned to local ownership has been both enthusiastic
and supportive. |
